Hello, Fellow Dog Lovers!
It all started with my little dog, Milo, and a shopping search that got a little out of hand!
One chilly morning, I wanted to find Milo something warm and cute to wear for our daily walk. I thought it would be easy enough: find a nice outfit, pick the right size, and we would be all set. But after browsing through one store after another, I realized it wasn't quite that simple. Some outfits looked adorable but didn't seem very practical, while others were comfortable-looking but lacked the style I had in mind. I started wondering why finding something that was both cute and comfortable had to be such a challenge.
What began as a search for one outfit soon turned into a new little interest of mine.
I started exploring the world of pet fashion, comparing different styles, materials, sizes, and fits. I also enjoyed reading other dog owners' experiences and discovering what they looked for when shopping for their furry companions.
The more I learned, the more curious I became. I wanted to understand what makes a piece of dog clothing not only look good, but also feel right for everyday adventures.
Along the way, I discovered the styles I naturally gravitate toward.
Give me cheerful colors, charming prints, cozy textures, and playful little details, and you probably have my attention! I love outfits that bring out a dog's personality without going overboard.
From everyday tops and pretty dresses to cozy sweaters and seasonal favorites, I enjoy finding pieces that make dressing up feel fun while keeping comfort in mind. And of course, Milo has become quite a little source of inspiration along the way!
Eventually, I realized that my interest had grown beyond finding clothes for my own dog.
I genuinely enjoyed discovering new pieces, putting together different looks, and imagining how much other dog owners might enjoy them too. That's when the idea of opening my own online store began to take shape.
I wanted to create a place where fellow dog lovers could find lovely outfits without spending hours searching through endless options. Something stylish, practical, and full of personality, just like the dogs we love.
Today, I independently run this online retail business in the United States, operated by Pupmiette and based at 2017 N Grindstone Ave, Springfield, MO 65802, USA.
I'm personally involved in the day-to-day running of the store, from exploring new products and selecting collections to communicating with suppliers and looking after orders.
I work with reliable suppliers and take care when choosing what to offer, paying attention to materials, sizing, fit, appearance, and those little details that make a difference. I want every piece in our collection to be something I would be happy to pick for a dog myself.
Behind the scenes, orders are fulfilled through a combination of our own U.S. warehouse and trusted third-party fulfillment partners.
The United States is our primary market, and we also welcome customers from selected European destinations.
We work with established shipping carriers such as DHL and FedEx to help get orders on their way and bring our collections to more dog-loving homes.
Looking back, it's funny to think that all of this started with one little dog and a search for a warm outfit.
Milo may not know that he helped inspire an entire store, but I certainly haven't forgotten! I'm still just as excited about discovering a lovely new outfit as I was at the beginning.
My hope is to keep bringing together clothing that makes dogs look adorable, feel comfortable, and enjoy all those little everyday moments with the people who love them.
After all, life with dogs is already full of personality. Why shouldn't their wardrobes be, too?
