These Promotional Terms apply to eligible purchases made directly through pupmiette.com. They explain the promotional benefits available to our customers, how discounts and free shipping are calculated, and how promotions are handled when an order is changed, canceled, returned, or refunded.

Our current promotional benefits include:

• Spend $100 or More, Get 10% Off: Eligible orders with a qualifying merchandise subtotal of USD $100 or more receive 10% off.
• Spend $170 or More, Get 15% Off: Eligible orders with a qualifying merchandise subtotal of USD $170 or more receive 15% off instead of the 10% discount tier.
• Newsletter Subscription Discount: Customers who successfully subscribe to our newsletter can receive 10% off their first eligible order placed after subscribing.
• Free Standard Shipping: Available for qualifying U.S. orders of USD $59.00 or more and eligible European orders of USD $159.00 or more, calculated after applicable merchandise discounts.

The Newsletter Subscription Discount cannot normally be combined with either sitewide spending discount. Free Standard Shipping may be combined with an eligible merchandise discount when the remaining merchandise subtotal meets the applicable shipping threshold.

These are the promotional benefits currently described in these terms. We do not currently offer additional order-value percentage discount tiers under this policy.

Nothing in these Promotional Terms limits rights available under applicable consumer law.

Spend $100 or More, Get 10% Off

Customers may receive 10% off eligible merchandise when the qualifying merchandise subtotal is USD $100 or more.

• The USD $100 minimum must be reached within a single order.
• Separate orders cannot be combined to meet the promotional threshold.
• The qualifying amount is based on eligible merchandise and does not include shipping charges, taxes, duties, gift cards, or other non-merchandise fees.
• The discount applies to eligible merchandise unless otherwise stated.
• The promotional discount has no separate cash value.
• If products are removed or canceled before checkout is completed and the qualifying subtotal falls below USD $100, the order will no longer qualify for this discount.
• Orders with a qualifying merchandise subtotal of USD $170 or more qualify for the higher 15% discount instead.
• This promotion cannot be combined with the 15% off orders of $170 or more promotion.
• This promotion cannot normally be combined with the Newsletter 10% Subscription Discount or another merchandise discount unless expressly stated otherwise.

Spend $170 or More, Get 15% Off

Customers may receive 15% off eligible merchandise when the qualifying merchandise subtotal is USD $170 or more.

• The USD $170 minimum must be reached within a single order.
• Shipping charges, taxes, duties, gift cards, and other non-merchandise fees do not count toward the qualifying threshold.
• The promotion applies to eligible merchandise unless otherwise stated.
• The 15% discount replaces the 10% discount available on orders of $100 or more.
• The two threshold discounts are not cumulative. A qualifying order does not receive 10% plus an additional 15%.
• If products are removed or canceled before checkout is completed and the revised qualifying subtotal falls below USD $170 but remains at least USD $100, the order may instead qualify for the 10% promotional tier.
• If the revised subtotal falls below USD $100, the order no longer qualifies for either spending discount.
• This promotion cannot normally be combined with the Newsletter 10% Subscription Discount or another merchandise discount unless expressly stated otherwise.

An order with a qualifying merchandise subtotal of exactly USD $170 qualifies for the 15% discount.

The final discount displayed at checkout determines the promotional discount applied to the order.

Newsletter Subscription – 10% Off Your First Order After Subscribing

Customers who successfully subscribe to our newsletter can enjoy 10% off their first eligible order placed after subscribing.

• The offer is available to both new and existing customers.
• Previous purchases made before subscribing do not affect eligibility.
• The discount applies to the first eligible order placed after successful newsletter subscription.
• A valid email address must be submitted through the newsletter subscription form.
• The offer is limited to one redemption per customer and one redemption per email address.
• The discount applies to eligible merchandise only and excludes shipping charges, taxes, duties, gift cards, and other non-merchandise charges.
• The offer cannot normally be combined with the 10% off orders of $100 or more promotion, the 15% off orders of $170 or more promotion, or other merchandise discounts.
• Free Standard Shipping may still apply if the order meets the applicable shipping threshold.
• Where a promotional code is provided, it must be successfully applied before checkout is completed.
• The discount cannot normally be added retroactively after an order has been submitted.
• The offer has no separate cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit.

The newsletter discount is a one-time benefit that applies to the first eligible order placed after subscribing. It does not automatically apply to subsequent orders.

Unless a specific promotion clearly states otherwise, pet clothing and apparel available through pupmiette.com may qualify for the promotional offers described in these terms.

Our collection includes different types of dog clothing, such as:

• T-Shirts and Everyday Tops
• Dresses and Outfits
• Hoodies and Sweaters
• Jackets and Vests
• Onesies and Comfortable Everyday Clothing
• Holiday and Seasonal Apparel

We do not exclude a product category from a promotion unless an applicable restriction is clearly disclosed before purchase.

All merchandise sold through our store also counts toward the applicable Free Standard Shipping threshold after merchandise discounts.

Product prices, availability, sizes, colors, styles, and promotional eligibility are determined when checkout is completed.

Adding an item to your shopping cart does not reserve its inventory, promotional price, size, color, style, or quantity.

If an item becomes unavailable before an order can be fulfilled, we will handle the situation according to our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy.

The Newsletter Subscription Discount, sitewide spending discounts, and Free Standard Shipping are separate promotional benefits.

Unless a specific offer expressly states otherwise, only one merchandise discount may be applied to an order.

The following rules apply:

• The 10% off orders of $100 or more promotion cannot be combined with the 15% off orders of $170 or more promotion.
• The Newsletter 10% Subscription Discount cannot normally be combined with either sitewide spending discount.
• Multiple newsletter discount codes cannot be stacked.
• Percentage-off promotions cannot normally be combined with other merchandise discounts.
• Promotional codes cannot normally be stacked with another promotional code.
• Free Standard Shipping may be combined with an eligible merchandise discount if the final qualifying merchandise subtotal still satisfies the applicable free shipping threshold.

For example, an eligible order with a merchandise subtotal of USD $200 may receive the 15% merchandise discount and Free Standard Shipping if the merchandise subtotal after the discount still meets the applicable shipping threshold.

Free Standard Shipping is not an additional merchandise percentage discount and does not count toward the discount calculation.

The final discount and shipping charge are displayed at checkout before payment.

The 10% and 15% sitewide discounts are calculated using the qualifying merchandise subtotal before the applicable spending discount.

The Newsletter Subscription Discount is calculated using the eligible merchandise subtotal before the newsletter discount is applied.

The following amounts do not count toward merchandise discount thresholds:

• Shipping and expedited delivery charges;
• Sales taxes and VAT;
• Import duties;
• Customs charges;
• Gift cards;
• Payment-related fees; and
• Other non-merchandise charges.

Free Standard Shipping eligibility is calculated after all applicable merchandise discounts have been applied.

The following amounts do not count toward the free shipping threshold:

• Shipping and expedited delivery charges;
• Sales taxes and VAT;
• Import duties and customs clearance charges;
• Gift cards; and
• Other non-merchandise charges.

Where displayed product prices include tax, the tax portion is excluded when determining the qualifying merchandise subtotal.

Separate orders cannot be combined to meet a promotional or free shipping threshold.

An order that meets the free shipping threshold before applying a merchandise discount may no longer qualify if the discount reduces the merchandise subtotal below that threshold.

The merchandise subtotal, applicable discounts, and final shipping charge shown at checkout determine the promotional benefits applied to the order.

Free Standard Shipping is available for qualifying orders delivered to eligible destinations listed in our Shipping Policy.

The current free shipping thresholds are:

An order exactly at the applicable threshold qualifies.

Free Standard Shipping applies only to eligible standard delivery services and destinations described in our Shipping Policy.

All pet clothing and other merchandise sold through our store count toward the applicable merchandise threshold.

Free Standard Shipping does not cover import duties, import VAT not collected at checkout, customs clearance fees, or carrier import-handling charges.

If a merchandise discount reduces an order below the applicable threshold, the regular Standard Shipping charge applies unless another valid shipping benefit is expressly offered.

Free Standard Shipping cannot be exchanged for a cash payment or applied as a deduction against Expedited Shipping.

Standard Shipping normally costs USD $3.00 per order when the order does not qualify for Free Standard Shipping.

Expedited Shipping costs USD $7.99 per order where available.

Standard Shipping and Expedited Shipping are alternative delivery options. If you select Expedited Shipping, the USD $7.99 charge replaces the USD $3.00 Standard Shipping charge; the two amounts are not added together.

Qualifying for Free Standard Shipping does not waive the Expedited Shipping charge.

For example, if your order qualifies for Free Standard Shipping but you voluntarily select Expedited Shipping, the USD $7.99 expedited charge still applies.

Available services and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.

Our Shipping Policy provides further details about eligible destinations, order processing, carrier services, and delivery estimates.

The following examples illustrate how the 10% and 15% discounts and Free Standard Shipping work together.

Example 1: U.S. Order Qualifying for the 10% Discount

An eligible U.S. order has a merchandise subtotal of USD $120.00.

The 10% discount reduces the merchandise subtotal by USD $12.00, leaving USD $108.00.

Because the original subtotal is USD $100 or more but below USD $170, the order qualifies for the 10% spending discount.

The remaining merchandise subtotal also exceeds the USD $59 U.S. free shipping threshold, so the order qualifies for Free Standard Shipping.

Example 2: U.S. Order Qualifying for the 15% Discount

An eligible U.S. order has a merchandise subtotal of USD $200.00.

The 15% discount reduces the merchandise subtotal by USD $30.00, leaving USD $170.00.

Because the original subtotal is USD $170 or more, the order qualifies for the 15% spending discount instead of the 10% tier.

The remaining merchandise subtotal still exceeds the USD $59 U.S. free shipping threshold, so the order also qualifies for Free Standard Shipping.

Example 3: European Order Receiving the 10% Discount but Not Free Shipping

An eligible European order has a merchandise subtotal of USD $165.00.

The 10% discount reduces the merchandise subtotal by USD $16.50, leaving USD $148.50.

Because the original subtotal is USD $100 or more but below USD $170, the order qualifies for the 10% spending discount.

However, the discounted merchandise subtotal is below the USD $159 European free shipping threshold.

The applicable Standard Shipping charge is USD $3.00.

Example 4: European Order Qualifying for the 15% Discount and Free Shipping

An eligible European order has a merchandise subtotal of USD $190.00.

The 15% discount reduces the merchandise subtotal by USD $28.50, leaving USD $161.50.

Because the original subtotal is USD $170 or more, the order qualifies for the 15% spending discount.

The discounted merchandise subtotal still exceeds the USD $159 European free shipping threshold, so the order qualifies for Free Standard Shipping.

These examples assume that all merchandise qualifies for the stated discount and that the customer selects Standard Shipping. Taxes and applicable import charges are treated separately.

Where a promotional code is required, please enter and apply it before completing checkout.

A code may not apply if it:

• Has expired or reached its stated redemption limit;
• Has already been redeemed;
• Does not match the applicable order eligibility requirements;
• Was issued for a newsletter subscription that does not meet the offer conditions;
• Conflicts with another merchandise discount;
• Is being used on an order that does not meet the minimum purchase requirement; or
• Was obtained through an unauthorized source.

If a code you believe is eligible does not work, contact info@pupmiette.com before completing your order.

We generally cannot apply an unapplied promotional code retroactively after checkout.

A promotional code does not guarantee product availability or reserve merchandise in your shopping cart.

The promotional benefit must be successfully applied and reflected in the final checkout details.

Purchases made using a promotional discount follow the same applicable return and refund rules as other purchases.

Our voluntary return policy allows eligible pet clothing and apparel to be requested for return within 30 calendar days of receipt.

A promotional discount alone does not make an otherwise eligible item non-returnable.

However, products must meet the applicable return condition requirements in our Return & Exchange Policy.

For pet clothing, items worn beyond reasonable inspection, washed, stained, altered, or returned with substantial pet hair contamination, strong odors, or other significant signs of use may not qualify for our voluntary change-of-mind return service.

These conditions do not remove applicable statutory withdrawal rights or remedies for defective goods.

A refund for a returned item is based on the amount actually paid for it after the applicable promotional discount.

Where an order-level discount covers multiple products, we use the original order's discount allocation to determine the refundable amount.

A promotional saving has no separate refundable cash value.

Our Return & Exchange Policy and Refund Policy explain return eligibility, return postage responsibility, refund amounts, and processing times.

For a partial return, we refund the amount actually paid for the returned items after their allocated promotional discount.

We do not retroactively increase the prices of the items you keep or remove a valid promotional discount from retained merchandise simply because part of the original order is returned.

If the original order received Free Standard Shipping and a partial return brings the value of the retained merchandise below the applicable shipping threshold, we do not retroactively charge or deduct the original USD $3.00 Standard Shipping fee.

Return postage is handled according to the reason for the return under our Return & Exchange Policy.

For ordinary change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for applicable return postage unless the law requires otherwise.

For confirmed fulfillment errors, product defects, or transit damage, we cover the necessary return postage and replacement shipping costs as described in our Return & Exchange Policy.

Refunds are processed according to the timelines stated in our Refund Policy.

Contact info@pupmiette.com promptly if you wish to cancel or change an order.

A cancellation request made within 12 hours of placing an order has a better chance of stopping fulfillment, but cancellation during that period is not guaranteed.

Whether an order can be canceled depends on its actual fulfillment status when we receive the request.

A successfully canceled item is refunded at the amount actually paid for it after its allocated promotional discount.

If the entire order is canceled before dispatch, any delivery charge paid to us for that order is also refunded.

A partial cancellation of an already confirmed order does not cause us to add or deduct a Standard Shipping charge solely because the remaining merchandise subtotal falls below the free shipping threshold.

We do not retroactively reprice retained items or remove a valid promotional discount from those items after order confirmation.

A later replacement or new order uses the prices, inventory availability, shipping options, and promotional terms applicable when that new order is placed.

Newsletter Discount After Cancellation

The Newsletter Subscription Discount is intended as a one-time benefit for the first eligible order placed after subscribing.

If an order using the newsletter discount is canceled, the promotional benefit is not automatically restored.

If we cancel an order because we cannot fulfill it, please contact info@pupmiette.com so we can review the circumstances and explain the available resolution.

If you voluntarily cancel an order, the newsletter discount is not automatically transferred to another order.

For orders that cannot be fulfilled, we initiate the applicable refund within 1–2 business days after confirming cancellation, and no later than 7 calendar days, subject to any earlier legal deadline.

For other successfully canceled orders, we issue the applicable refund within 7 calendar days after cancellation is confirmed, unless an earlier legal deadline applies.

Our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy provide additional information about order changes, cancellations, and refunds.

A merchandise discount reduces the applicable merchandise price. It does not independently eliminate sales tax, VAT, import duties, customs clearance charges, brokerage fees, or carrier import-handling charges.

Applicable taxes collected by us are shown in the checkout or order details.

European orders are dispatched from the United States and may be subject to import procedures.

Unless expressly stated at checkout, import duties, customs clearance charges, and carrier import-handling fees are not included in our shipping charges or checkout total.

Import VAT not already collected at checkout may also be payable during the import process.

The recipient is responsible for applicable charges payable directly to the customs authority or carrier, as explained in our Shipping Policy.

Free Standard Shipping does not waive customs duties, import VAT, or other import-related charges.

All promotional thresholds, shipping charges, and examples in these terms are stated in U.S. dollars.

If pupmiette.com displays another supported currency, exchange rates and rounding may cause differences in the displayed converted amounts.

The final price and currency confirmed at checkout are the transaction values for the order.

Displaying another currency does not change the underlying promotional thresholds.

Any applicable currency conversion is reflected in the amount shown before payment.

The Newsletter Subscription Discount is intended as a one-time benefit for customers who successfully subscribe to our newsletter.

The offer is available to both new and existing customers. Previous purchases made before subscribing do not affect eligibility.

Each customer may redeem the newsletter discount once, and the offer is limited to one redemption per email address.

Please do not deliberately create multiple email addresses, newsletter subscriptions, customer accounts, identities, or transactions solely to obtain the same promotional benefit repeatedly.

Manipulating checkout calculations or knowingly exploiting an obvious technical error may also be treated as promotional misuse.

If clear misuse or fraud is identified before fulfillment, we may review the affected promotional benefit or transaction, subject to applicable law and the terms of the confirmed order.

If payment has already been collected and the order is canceled, the applicable refund will be processed according to our Refund Policy.

Normal household purchases, ordinary returns, legitimate newsletter subscriptions, and proper use of an eligible promotion are not considered misuse.

We will not treat a customer as having misused an offer merely because they exercised a valid return, cancellation, refund, or statutory withdrawal right.

If an obvious pricing, promotional discount, shipping threshold, or checkout calculation error materially affects an order, we will review the issue and contact you before fulfillment where appropriate.

Examples may include an incorrectly applied newsletter discount, a duplicated promotional reduction, a misplaced decimal point, an incorrect free shipping calculation, or a checkout malfunction.

We will explain the correct terms and offer you the choice to continue on those terms or cancel the affected order or item where permitted by applicable law.

We will not automatically collect an increased amount without your agreement.

If the affected order or item is canceled, we will refund the applicable payment to the original payment method.

Refunds will follow the procedures and deadlines stated in our Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy.

This section does not limit mandatory consumer rights or permit arbitrary changes to confirmed orders.

Unless a specific end date is stated, an offer may run for a limited or unspecified period.

We may introduce, modify, suspend, extend, replace, or end promotional offers, subject to applicable law.

A later change will not retroactively remove a valid promotional benefit already confirmed on a successfully completed eligible order.

Any new promotional conditions will be communicated through the relevant offer or checkout information before they apply.

A specific condition clearly presented with an individual promotion forms part of that offer, provided it does not reduce mandatory consumer rights or contradict the confirmed terms of an existing order.

Promotional benefits are subject to applicable product availability and eligibility requirements.

We do not guarantee that every product, size, color, style, or variation will remain available throughout a promotional period.

If we cannot fulfill a confirmed order, we will explain the available alternatives or applicable cancellation and refund options.

Purchases made under a promotional offer retain the same applicable consumer protections as other purchases.

Promotional discounts do not remove rights concerning defective, incorrect, damaged, missing, or materially misdescribed goods.

They also do not remove applicable statutory withdrawal rights.

Our voluntary 30-day return policy remains available for eligible pet clothing purchased with a promotional discount, subject to the conditions explained in our Return & Exchange Policy.

Consumers protected by applicable European consumer law retain their statutory withdrawal rights, including the general 14-calendar-day withdrawal period for eligible online purchases.

Our other policies provide further information:

• Shipping Policy: Governs supported delivery destinations, shipping charges, free shipping thresholds, order processing, delivery estimates, customs procedures, and shipping problems.
• Return & Exchange Policy: Governs return eligibility, product condition requirements, exchanges, return shipping responsibility, and applicable statutory withdrawal procedures.

Where one of these policies provides a more specific procedure, that procedure applies without reducing any mandatory consumer right.

Nothing in these Promotional Terms limits rights or remedies available under applicable law.
